The Human Rights Defender of Artsakh, Artak Beglaryan, introduces today's deliberate strike of Azerbaijan on the Republican medical center of Stepanakert, including Maternity & child hospital.
International community bears responsibility for these War Crimes as doesn't stop them.
"They are also striking the residential areas in Stepanakert, more than 10 missile. There are many destructions. Today Azerbaijan also struck Shushi town. We have at least one killed and two wounded civilians in Shushi", Artak Beglaryan stated.
