The former special representative of the President of Armenia, and former Armenian Director of National Security Service, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Davit Shahnazaryan made the following statement:
“There are two solutions to the conflict between the Government of Armenia and the Armed Forces — either Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces Onik Gasparyan or Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan is detained. There is no other option, and Colonel-General Onik Gasparyan is still the only one who can make the decision.”
