On the Hyena-like Act Committed Against Mihran Hakobyan
Narek Samsonyan, head of the "Civil Consciousness" NGO, founder of the AntiFake.am website, co-author and host of the "Imnemnimi" podcast, and currently a political prisoner, expressed his support for public figure Mihran Hakobyan from the "Armavir" penitentiary:
"The sole responsible party for the hyena-like attack on Mihran Hakobyan is the regime currently operating in Armenia, led by its ringleader.
The logical next stage of the total legal impunity established in Armenia was bound to be a series of physical score-settling against opponents in the streets. In general, the established regime is plummeting rapidly toward total dictatorship, for which the ringleader of the regime will pay a very high price.
Today's Western solidarity with the regime's savagery will, by the logic of a 'double-edged sword,' turn against this very regime and its ringleader overnight. Muammar Gaddafi also enjoyed the indulgence of the governments of Great Britain, France, and even the USA for decades to commit all kinds of atrocities in Libya, but one day even that carte blanche ran out. Incidentally, former French President Nicolas Sarkozy was convicted by a French court today precisely on charges of corrupt ties with Muammar Gaddafi.
I am more than confident that in Armenia’s case, too, the reserve of Western political blindness will one day be exhausted, and all those guilty of what is happening in our country these days will be called to account.
I express my solidarity with Mihran Hakobyan. I am certain that had the attack not been carried out like hyenas—from behind, suddenly, and by a group—the perpetrators of this crime would have sustained far greater injuries today.

Sur l'acte de hyène commis contre Mihran Hakobyan
Narek Samsonyan, chef de l'ONG « Conscience Civique », fondateur du site AntiFake.am, co-auteur et animateur du podcast « Imnemnimi » et prisonnier politique, a exprimé son soutien à la personnalité publique Mihran Hakobyan depuis le centre pénitentiaire d'« Armavir » :
« Le seul responsable de l'attaque de hyène contre Mihran Hakobyan est le régime opérant en Arménie, dirigé par son chef de file.
La prochaine étape logique de l'impunité juridique totale établie en Arménie devait être une série de règlements de comptes physiques contre les opposants dans les rues. En général, le régime établi chute rapidement vers une dictature totale, ce que le chef du régime paiera très cher.
La solidarité occidentale actuelle envers la barbarie du régime se retournera, selon la logique de l'« épée à double tranchant », contre ce même régime et son chef en l'espace d'une nuit. Mouammar Kadhafi a lui aussi bénéficié pendant des décennies de la complaisance des gouvernements de Grande-Bretagne, de France et même des États-Unis pour commettre toutes sortes d'atrocités en Libye, mais un jour, même cette carte blanche a pris fin. D'ailleurs, l'ancien président français Nicolas Sarkozy a été condamné par un tribunal français précisément pour des liens de corruption avec Mouammar Kadhafi.
Je suis plus que convaincu que dans le cas de l'Arménie également, la réserve d'aveuglement politique occidental s'épuisera un jour, et tous les coupables de ce qui se passe dans notre pays ces jours-ci seront tenus pour responsables.
J'exprime ma solidarité à Mihran Hakobyan. Je suis certain que si l'attaque n'avait pas été menée comme des hyènes — par derrière, soudainement et en groupe — les auteurs de ce crime auraient aujourd'hui subi des blessures bien plus graves.
